Is this by design?  Can we be compatible with v4 somehow?

I just noticed that I can't v4-rcp -x stuff off of tito because it
runs /usr/cygnus/cns5/bin/rcp which doesn't deal. (If I move that out
of the way, it ends up running /usr/kerberos/bin/rcp on the server
side, which works.) I'm not sure if the backwards compatibility is
intended to be up to the task, but it certainly appears that it isn't...
