I just untarred OV's functional and design specifications for its
admin system into /mit/krb5/doc/specs. Some of the docs are in latex,
some in FrameMaker. Some of the specifications are very thorough and
accurate (such as the ovsec_kadm API) and others are less so.
If you any questions about where to find the spec for various pieces
of the system or about the system itself, ask me or Marc.
