After seeing that you checked in the missing 3 files, I tried another
build; one minor error:
./../../../lib/libgssapi_krb5.so: undefined reference to `xmalloc'
make[3]: *** [ftp] Error 1
make[3]: Target `all' not remade because of errors.
make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/basch/src/Lehman/krb5/solaris/appl/gssftp/ftp'
