I was trying to obtain marc's last version of GSSAPI (the branch revision),
and the cvs update complained that a couple of files are no longer in
the repository. Also, it now appears that I cannot properly build the
GSSAPI section of code. Were files lost from the repository, or did
someone not do the proper "cvs remove"? If it was intentional that
those files were lost, there still seems to be a problem with the build,
because the Makefile.in in gssapi/generic references non-existant files.
