Looks to me like a transcription error in the code. The prefix
for the name type OIDs, as assigned by Ted Ts'o in E-mail on 20
May to the cat-ietf mailing list, is:
{iso(1) member-body(2) US(840) mit(113554) infosys(1) gssapi(2)}
which matches the Internet-Draft. The comment in gssapi_krb5.c
indeed swaps the values of the last two elements from this, and
it looks like the values in the "oids" structure match the comment.
