The subdirectory kadmin/kpasswd does not compile correctly if Krb4KDCCompat is
not defined. The Imakefile says
#ifdef Krb4KDCCompat
K4LIB=-l$(DES425LIB)
#else
K4LIB=
#endif
but there is a reference to the symbol des_string_to_key in kpasswd.c in the
procedure v4_pwd_keyproc. It is not clear whether this procedure can be
excluded by conditional compilation, but I did id not try.
