Please run the network traces on the MIT KDC itself using tcpdump or
snoop capturing the full packets and confirming you are not seeing
replays.  There is some chance that your network equiment is
malfunctioning.  As such you should look for the replays on the KDC
machine itself.

Note that for network level replays you should not see that error but
we may have a bug.  But let's determine if you have network level
replays then go from there.
