I just built krb5-1.0.6 using Sun's cc (WorkShop Compilers 4.2 30
Oct 1996 C 4.2) under SunOS 5.5.1.  It generated a number of warnings
(124 of them to be precise).  Quite a few of them involved mismatches
between pointers to char and pointers to unsigned char.

I presume you have access to a Solaris system with Sun's cc installed.
If not, I can send you a list of the warnings.
