	KRB5 R1.0.6 was built on an AIX 4.2.1. system.  After installing, it
	was found that kinit does not work.  It gives the error message:

		ASN.1 structure is missing a required field

	No credentials are created.  Basically, we can't get started with the
	1.0.6 release because of this.
