I am using Kerberos Version 5.2 on SunOS 4.1.3. I built the package with
ISODE 8.0. I created a good krb.conf file, initialized the database,
and added a valid principle for my username. kinit, kdestroy, and klist
all work just fine. However, when I try to use the kerberized rlogin, it
segment faults. I have traced it to the point that I know the segmentation
fault occurs when rlogin tries to read the credentials cache. Have you seen
this problem before? If so, is there a known fix for this problem? Any
quick help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
No, I have not seen this bug before; but then again, I didn't try
building Kerberos V5 on a Sun before I shipped the Beta 2 distribution.
(Other people did, however, and they didn't report any problems.)
If you can localize the bug more, by getting a stack trace from the core
dump, that would be very helpful. Thanks!
