"Kerberos V5 application programming library manual", dated June 6, 1996

page 38, section 4.1, in the documentation of krb5_mk_safe(), refers to a flag
named "KRB5_AUTH_CONTEXT_DO_TIME_NOTIME". This flag is nowhere to be found in
the include files.
