AIX 4.1.4

>Description:
/usr/sbin/sendmail has permisions of -r-sr-s--x
but the test in the krb5-send-pr uses [ -r /usr/sbin/sendmail ]
which fails. I don't know if this is a local problem or not,
but it should be looked into.
