Problems with the R5 beta 2 release
1. Kadmin "add functions" (add, addrnd, addv4) abend in the child process
with termsig 11. I think the problem is in the routine adm_modify_kdb() in
kadmin/server/adm_funcs.c, but haven't been able to completely fix it yet.
2. The application "simple" produces errors with large messages.
The server (appl/simple/server/sim_server.c) gives the error message:
isode (ps): End of file while verifying PRIV message
Short messages work OK. I've tried this with Isode 6.8 + fixes, 7.0 and 8.0.
"Hello" works OK, "HelloThisIsAVeryLongTestMessageXXXXXXXX" gives this error.
I've tried these on three different platforms and had the same errors on
each. Also I am investigating some platform-specific problems.
Have these been reported by anyone else? Are there any fixes?
