Thanks for your bug report. I have not had a chance to look
at the problem in detail and do not have access to an AIX 4.2
machine.
I am suspicious of any solution that involves including
termio.h; at least under AIX 4.1 and AIX 3.2.5, this file was for an
old terminal driver that was for backward compatability. In gereral,
streams related parameters were in different include files.
