The install manual has a section describing the "dejagnu tests",
referring to tests/dejagnu, but does not describe the kadm5 tests.
First, I'd suggest that the name "the dejagnu tests" be changed to
something a bit more accurate, since we are now using dejagnu in more
places. Second, we should describe the requirements for running the
kadm5 tests: runtest, tcl, and perl, and how to tell configure where
to find them.
Not sure whether this is a 1.0-priority bug or not..
