	The introduction of sa_len into sockaddrs in BSD4.4 changed
the semantics of the SIOCGIFCONF ioctl.  This caused
functions that attempt to get the IP addresses of a NetBSD  to fail.
krb5_crypto_os_localaddr was changed to work on such BSD4.4 systems.  However, the gssrpc library does not yet
have this change.
