isode_err.c is automatically generated from isode_err.et by the program
compile_et. If you don't have the com_err package (I don't remember if it
was included in the beta release), you can get it by anonymous ftp from
athena-dist.mit.edu, filename /pub/tools/com_err.tar.Z.
