I've modified the GNATS server configuration so that all incoming bug
reports will come to krb5-bugs-redist, not just the ones sent with
send-pr. krb5-bugs-redist is now on gnats-admin@krbgnats.mit.edu, so
any refiling of PRs that come in as "pending" will get mailed to
krb5-bugs-redist as a matter of course. Consider yourself warned.
