	I can see some enviornments hwere a specially built version of
rdist for Kerberos is reasonable.  However, since rdist already
provides a option to change the rsh binary used.  This can b set to a
trivial shell script that uses Kerberos rsh and enables encryption.
At least with Beta 6 and our current source tree, this works with no
changes to either Kerberos or rdist.
