My apologies for not getting back to you sooner; I've been on
vacation for the past week, and am only now starting to crawl out from
under the mountain of email that built up while I was gone....

Running SHS test 1 ...
SHS test 1 failed
Is it OK to continue installing the software? If not, is there a fix
to this?
Yes, it's OK to use the software; SHS isn't actually used in the current
release, and it was a stupid last minute bug that caused SHS to fail.
It will be fixed in the next release.
