I personally ignore postings to comp.protocols.kerberos asking for
help from outside US/Canada, especially if there is any indication
that they are actually using recent non-export-licensed code. I
haven't gotten around to down-scoring them in gnus, but I've ignored
postings in the past from korea, singapore, and I think china and
tiawan as well... clearly there is a support market in that region,
but there is *nothing* I personally can do about it, and that's
frustrating. Oh well, when it gets too frustrating I will start
down-scoring :-}
