FYI hpux and possibly some svr4 systems need it. Yeah, it should have
been done as a seperate module, but that bit of code has been in there
since V4. *MY* question is, why is ultrix so broken that
	AC_HAVE_FUNCS(getcwd getdtablesize)
didn't work? or did you have a broken cache? This test should be just
as good as what setenv does with AC_REPLACE_FUNCS...
