I have read everything that I can find on the net about kerberos...
general info: Linux 1.2.13 system, software compiled very clean
I am still having problems with login.krb5.
I read in the manual that you could use this to authenticate local logins
(advised against but possible)
I then moved login.krb5 to /bin/login and attempted to login...
I get
Kerberos error: Can't send request (send_to_kdc)
I try some other things out...
kinit, klist, kdestroy work without fault...
I kinit and then krlogin to my machine and voila, works ok..
If I ktelnet -a camlaw port, i get logged in no problem...
I i drop the -a part out, I get the same error message...
Am I missing something??
Thank you for your time!
