Dear Kerberos Developers:
Sorry to bother you. I'm having a hard time building the V5 BETA5
doc/implement and doc/api PostScript files due to the fact that we
don't have the "index" command. Do you have any plans to include the
PostScript files on athena-dist in the future? Do you know any place
I can easily get these PostScript files?
