migration.doc is in a really hard-to-find place (especially if you
don't know it's there) -- src/kdc/migration.doc. Could it please move
to doc/something so those not-in-the know can find it?
doc/SOURCE-TREE hasn't been updated since BETA_4. Presumably
mention of isode should go away, and perhaps an explanation
of the kadmin-of-the-week syndrome would not be inappropriate.
