The problem is that the krb5 tree wasn't installing the *_err.h files
as part of the "make install". I've dealt with that problem in the next
release by actually inlining all of the files in krb5.h. This makes it
much simpler to install the Kerberos V5 programming environments; you
just need to have the libraries and the single include file krb5.h
