The latest Beta 5 distribution of Kerberos has replaced the non-standard
utimes() call with a call to the POSIX utime() function.

The seteuid() problem is one that we still need to fix. POSIX made such
a botch of the various uid management functions that it's hard to come
up with a solution which will work on a wide range of platforms. We'll
probably have to rework krcp.c so that it doesn't need this
functionality at all.
