__svr4__ define in SunPro C 2.0.1 / Solaris 2.4

SunProc C, when running on Solaris 2.4 (sparc) does not define
the symbol __svr4__.  gcc 2.6.2 does define it.  The first place
I ran into it was in lib/krb4/in_tkt.c, which uses it to 
avoid setreuid.
