Just a note for the records. Encrypted telnet is not supported at the
moment. We are not compiling with -DENCRYPTION. There will probably need
to be some code rewriting to use -DDES_ENCRYPTION without the v4 des library
code.
I am willing to look into this provided that
a) DES_ENCRYPTION is what is supposed to be done here
b) There are no other 'encryption' standards to be used now.
