While trying to install K5.5 on an AIX system, I have a number of
failures when trying to use the install-sh script.
It appears that the configure process caches the location of the
install-sh script as "../../../src/include/krb5/../../config/install-sh -c"
Since the path is relitive to the current directory, it should
not be cached. Regenerated each time, or cache only the none relitive part.
I don't have a good fix, but manually edited some of the makefiles.
