MIT/Athena has such a beast, but we are not distributing it at this
time, because (1) it is really an afterthought glued onto the side of
the v4 protocol, and (2) the Version 5 protocol provides much more general
ways of transferring the authentication to remote hosts, and we'd prefer
to have people test & play with the V5 stuff to make sure it is viable.

On that note, I estimate that decent late beta-type V5 code will probably be
available sometime in the mid-summer (July-ish?).  Don't hold us to
anything, but this is probably realistic.
