I don't know whether attach is distributable from here or not.
It isn't on athena-dist...
For speed reasons, attach does not exec /etc/mount, but rather has code
incorporated in it from mount, in the file mount.c. This should be the
only copyright problems with the code.
Also, it's still not quite in a state where the code is clean enough for
at least some of the implementors to want to expose it to public view. :-)
