NOTTYENT option broken?

NOTTYENT (see config.Imakefile: line 29) doesn't cradle me through
compilation of appl/erlogin/login.c for SunOS 3.5 systems.  makedepend
complains about not finding ttyent.h, and i see no accomidations for
faking getttynam using /etc/ttys (appl/erlogin/login.c: line 518).

appl/erlogin/winoob.c unsuccessfully redeclares winsize and ttysize
for SunOS 3.5 systems (where /usr/include/sys/ioctl.h: line 62 thru 75
does the job).

if you want more information, please specify how much more information
you want.  i would like it if we could find & work around these system
dependencies, and keep it in the standard release.
