On this extremely important point:  the "os" ending is normally the masculine,
nominative ending for a noun in classical greek.  The corresponding nominative 
plural ending is "oi" (we all know of, and most of us are a part of, the 
hoi polloi-- plural of "hos pollos").  I don't know if there really is a 
plural of kerberos, since it is a proper name, but it probably should be 
kerberoi instead of kerberi.
