A seventh set of patches is now available from ATHENA-DIST.MIT.EDU, either
by anonymous FTP or by archive server mail retrieval.
Anonymous FTP:
connect to ATHENA-DIST.MIT.EDU, retrieve /pub/kerberos/patch7 (patch
only) or /pub/kerberos/README (for instructions on obtaining the entire
distribution) .
Archive server mail retrieval:
send a mail message with a subject 'send krb-code patch7' to
archive-server@ATHENA-DIST.MIT.EDU

CHANGES in this patch file:
- change to ticket file routines to explicitly use the real UID
when creating ticket files [allows setuid/root programs which
get tickets to work much easier by setting ruid/euid explicitly]
- login changes to support same (login.c now works properly
as /bin/login)
- changes to rlogin: better #ifdef for window size stuff and LPASS8,
narrowed window of race condition (which affected window size
propagation) as far as possible, ultrix fixes for -noflow
- patch to sendkdata.c to use proper realm for remote host
- add backward compatibility for ancient /etc/srvtab realm
fields
- manual page update for rlogin.1
- bug fix for kerberos.c on SPARC and other fussy architectures
(fixes problems with bogus addresses in tickets)
- better description of ATHENA_COMPAT and ATHENA in comments of
config.Imakefile
- patch to util/makedepend/Makefile for makeconfig
