Yup - this is starting to wander. In closing the topic I will say that
I've received email indicating that Canada ***might*** be exempt from
the export restrictions. I have my doubts about this, but will check
into it.

What I would like to do is contact the appropriate US gov't agency
to see what would be involved in us obtaining the necessary export
license to obtain Kerberos. If anyone can give me an address, phone
number, and (preferably) a name of someone in the US gov't who can
authoratatively talk to me about this, please forward the information
via E-MAIL. Thanks.
