Scott,
I heard the same thing, but I gathered that per-customer licenses will still
be required from Commerce. Also, I have not heard whether Commerce may
declare such things Critical Technology with respect to DoD policy. Frankly,
I would not be surprised if the paperwork required is not reduced, even
if State no longer cares.
