I'm trying to get started. My somewhat old patch program says it
can't patch /dev/null because it's not a plain file, so I can't use
it to apply the patches. I tried to compile the newer patch program
that comes with the kerberos distribution. This in the make depend
phase calls for a program named 'maketd' . Where do I find this
program?
