I have got kerberos v5 compiled and running. I passes all tests with kinit
and such, but when I try to use my terminal server it will not allow me to
logon. I am using a DECserver 900TM and it will only use the v4 protocol.
When I attempt to logon the kerberos server sees the request but I get
"password invalid" on the terminal server. When I look at the log files
generated from kerberos they say "PROCESS_V4:Initial ticket request Host: XXX.
XXX.XXX.XXX User: "username" "" ", where XXX is the correct ip address of the
terminal server and username is the username I entered. If I enter an invalid
username it returns with "PROCESS_V4:UNKNOWN "username" ""." If anyone has
any suggestions on this problem I would greatly appreciate it.
