There is free version of a Win32 (i.e., NT and 95) native version of
the Kerberos client piece available from:
ftp://terminator.rs.itd.umch.edu/win/Kerb95
Examine the readme file for details.
This is currently a beta with only the DLL and ticket manager binaries
and skeleton API documentation.
