I built MIT's Leash (for Kerberos v.4) to run on Windows 3.1 over
FTP Software's winsock.dll. I have MSVC++ v1.52. We are getting
ready to release a Beta software distribution server which will use this
code to authenticate. If you have questions I would be happy to take a
crack at answering them.
