The beta5 distribution includes three admin servers; I believe
at least two of these are functional on at least one platform. (I
believe that if you fix a few simple bugs in kadmind5 it is functional
on most platforms excluding SGIs and Linux.)

We realize that in order for Kerberos to be useful the kadmind
problem needs to be solved. It is important that the MIT distribution
include a kadmind that is stable and builds on all supported platforms
besides Windows and Mac. Significant progress has been made since
beta5, but we have not yet completely solved the problem.
