|There was some problem in old versions of v4kadmind (which is what a
|v4 ksrvutil would be talking to) botching the kvno's in this manner.
Bingo. I was still using the beta 4, patch 3 v4kadmind. Moving to the
beta5 v4kadmind fixed the ksrvutil problem.
