[6299] in Kerberos

I'm getting the followin messages when I start krb5kdc:
krb5kdc: Permission denied in replay cache code while
recovering replay cache 'dfl:krb5kdc_rcache'
krb5kdc: Permission denied in replay cache code while
initializing replay cache 'dfl:krb5kdc_rcache'
I've tracked some information about the "dfl:krb5kdc_rcache" but
don't understand what it wants. It seems to be trying to use a
/usr/tmp directory for a cache.
Any suggestions as to where to look for info? Thanks in advance.
