[6213] in Kerberos
Problem getting V4 working..

I am running linux-AFS on linux kernel 1.2.13 with slackware/elf 3.0.
I have compiled the Cygnus CNS Kerberos v4 package.
The RPI.EDU realm is running the transarc KAS, with the majority of its
passwords in the MIT string-to-key function (we're in transition.)
When I log into my machine with afs, klist gives me the following:
Ticket file: /tmp/tktp16777215
Principal: wilmesj@RPI.EDU
Issued Expires Principal
Nov 11 18:57:33 Nov 12 06:42:33 krbtgt.RPI.EDU@RPI.EDU
Nov 11 18:57:34 Nov 12 06:42:34 afs@RPI.EDU
This looks okay to me. However, if I try to "kinit" or use a kerberized
pop program, I get the following error:
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (galactic)
Kerberos Initialization
Kerberos name: wilmesj
kinit: Retry count exceeded (send_to_kdc)
As far as I can tell, my krb.conf file is correct. Are there any other
possibilities I can check? Are there any debugging tools I could use?
I am not 100% sure about the setup of the servers here. From what I have been
told, they are kerb4 compatable, but is there any way I can check this?
