[6065] in Kerberos
cant find TGT ???

Ive just recently built from source the binarys for Kerberos IV.
everything is working fine except that when I try to do a "KPASSWD" or
an "ANK <user>" from "KADMIN" i get the message ,
"can't find Kerberos ticket or TGT". what is wrong ?
I forgot to mention that this build is on an IBM RS6000.
