	No, although you will need it to complete running make check
with Kerberos V.  If you are already certain that the code works (an
assertion that is almost certainly not true; it is beta code, after
all) then you don't need dejagnu.  I believe it is also used for a
similar purpose in CNS (Cygnus Support's Kerberos IV implementation).
