Does anyone have the Poscript files from the BETA5 doc/api and
doc/implement directories available for anonymous ftp? We don't have
the "index" command which the makefile wants.
I've read the FAQ and many of the WWW pages listed in the FAQ. I
found instructions from grossa@scsc.edu on how to get some more LaTeX
files, but I'm lazy and just want to ftp the PostScript files :-).
