I should mention that you will need a password to access the MacMosaic 3.0
pre-release at

You can get in on the beta testing of httpd 1.5 and automatically receive a
password by following the "register" link from
http://hoohoo.ncsa.uiuc.edu/beta-1.5/
A bug-fixed version of the MacMosaic pre-release was just put on hoohoo today.
Let us know how it works out for you.
As for the Windows client, we almost have Windows Mosaic going with Kerberos
V4 (using the CNS package for the PC). It will be targeted for release 2.1,
and that might go out a month or so from now.
