I've been trying to hack kpasswd to make it non-interactive and was
wondering about the "int skip_old=0" (true if you wanna skip getting the
old password).

If I set this to true then kpasswd bombs saying something about not having
a ticket. Can't the stuff that takes care of the ticket stuff be seperated
from the "check the person's old password" stuff?

I can't get a kerberized popper and login so I'm trying to at least sync
the passwords with unix and kerberos........
